Philanthropy

Our corporate philanthropy program and support is being channeled into The Smith Family's 'Learning for Life', a suite of evidence-based, integrated programs that provide financially disadvantaged students and families with assistance at key transition points throughout their lives.

The three-year partnership will see us assist in the growth of the economic, human and social capital of Australia through participation in financial scholarships, mentoring and personal development programs for which The Smith Family is renowned.

In particular, our investment in mentoring will see the upgrade of The Smith Family's online facilitated mentoring chat room for students and their mentors.  Many of our employees will also devote their time as mentors to students across many areas including production, marketing, finance and agriculture.
